Pretend you cannot speak and that the only story you can tell the judge is the story that your signed paperwork tells.

What would your story say? If it doesnt clearly tell the whole story, then your paperwork is incomplete. 

If someone refuses to sign something, document this refusal on the form, "Client refused to sign" and then initial and date and load to the system. Print out the email where you sent it to the client, or agent, for signatures and any other supporting documentation and load it all into skyslope. 

Your paperwork trail should be a complete story from beginning to end. It doesnt have to be a pretty story, but it needs to be a complete story. 🙂
