‼️ Agents! If the buyer is getting a loan, please remember that you should reach out and make sure that the lender has sent the buyer CD a MINIMUM of 3 days before closing, or you will not be able to close.
‼️ Federal guidelines require that the buyer have 3 business days to review the CD before a closing can take place.
‼️ Verifying that this requirement is on schedule (regardless of which side you represent) will ensure that you have at least a 3 day heads up if a closing is not going to happen.
