1. Please have your buyers initial and date this disclosure from NCREC regarding due diligence monies. ONE of the TOP COMPLAINTS NCREC is receiving is from buyers who paid high DDF and did not fully understand that they would not receive it back.
2. ALSO, please HIGHLIGHT the verbiage about the ddf being NON REFUNDABLE on the OTP and have the buyer initial and date beside of that verbiage when they sign the offer.
