It is important to note that this is only a guideline. Any and all documents pertaining to your transactions should be in your skyslope file. They can remain in the documents section for your records. Everything in real estate needs to be in writing and kept in your file. Even if the deed is not required, you should still be researching the deed and restrictive covenants on all transactions!
