This is called an "unsolicited CMA via Google Earth " and it has been VERY effective for those that have used it as indicated below!

Start with the people in your database (if you dont know what a database is, or dont have one, please text Teresa NOW and ask 336-262-3111). 

Once you start going down your database list, do this for EACH one of your contacts. Commit 1-2 hours per day to doing this and let me know how it goes! I recommend doing this every day for 90 days (or until you finish your database list). 

You are NOT asking for the listing, you are providing value and letting people know what their homes are currently worth! Did you know 68% of home sellers interviewed stated that they are preparing their home to put it on the market within the next 90 days so NOW is the time to start this!
