With the end of the year fast approaching and 2022 on the horizon, important changes are coming to your North Carolina REALTORS® Member Benefits. As you may know, NAR will no longer be providing Transactions (zipForm® Agent Edition) as a national benefit. Luckily, Lone Wolf Technologies has partnered with NC REALTORS® to provide zipForm® at no additional cost to you-- saving you nearly $180 every year! But it doesn’t stop there. Along with picking up zipForm®, NC REALTORS® will be providing zipForm® Mobile as a member benefit, too.

For those of you who are already using Transactions (zipForm® Agent Edition), there is nothing you need to do. This change will not impact your access to your forms software.

If you would like to set up an account and access this new NC REALTORS® member benefit, visit http://www.zipform.com/order/order.asp and follow the steps, selecting NC REALTORS® from the drop-down menu of associations. When the login window appears, log into the NAR site with your NAR credentials, or register if you are a new REALTOR®. Choose your own username and password for your Transactions (zipForm® Edition) account when requested. Once you complete this initial registration, logging in at Transactions (zipForm® Edition) on subsequent visits will take only seconds.
