Mailed out ‘Thank you cards’, as well as others types of cards (for example I saw someone on Facebook who’s Dog was not feeling well, and I sent them a ‘get well soon’ card for their Dog). Trying to be more creative! 

Sent letters to Expired and FSBO’s. 

Showed homes on Friday, buyers put in offer. 

Today showed 8 homes to my investor and put in 3 offers!!! 

I also have ANOTHER Closing coming up Tuesday! I also made a video and shared it on social media!”
