“Financing Dreams” is a 4-hour continuing education Elective class approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Real estate agents who take this class, in addition to receiving CE credit,  are listed on the website as Preferred Real Estate Agents for the NC Housing FinanceAgency’s home buyer programs. The course provides in-depth coverage of our programs,including property and buyer eligibility, the loan process, and information on how you can help more clients purchase their first homes.
