Hi everyone! I have had ONE of our agents reach out and make a suggestion! I think this is a fantastic suggestion but I will need to check and make sure we are not in violation of any policies. 

Since the real estate market is so HOT right now and there are so many bidding wars. Would you like for us to start an email blast or form a messenger group of "listings that are going in the system asap" so that we each get a heads up notice of ALL new ROG listings before they hit the market? 

Part 2 of this is that we block off several hours in the first full day on the market for ROG agents to have first access to the property. We could block off 11-2 and 3-6 on the first day of showings so that any ROG agents that want to see if can schedule within that window knowing it has been saved for them?

This will help get our clients in the door ASAP and give them an opportunity to get their offer in STAT!
