There WILL BE A 14 DAY GRACE PERIOD ADDED TO THE NEW SETTLEMENT DATE IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE 4 DAY BOX UNDER THE NEW SETTLEMENT DATE. Please see this excerpt from NCAR legal department.
