Managing Your Time!

We have to learn to manage our time in a way that causes us to keep our foot on the gas, even when we get busy. 

What stops most of you from listing homes in a 3 month period is your inability to manage your time and your energy when you get "busy". In fact, if you were to ask me what is the single greatest difference between the best and the rest, I would first answer with the word "discipline" and I would then answer "with their time". 

So here's a few good rules of thumb to follow...

One.. do the same thing at the same time, every single day, especially in the morning. Meaning, wake up at the same time, brush your teeth at the same time, workout at the same time, arrive at the office at the same time, etc... getting consistency on the small personal things, will lead to consistency on the things that matter in your business. 

Two.. segment your schedule into three parts... morning is for new client generation, early afternoon is for current client servicing and late afternoon or early evening is for new client appointments. 

Have the discipline to make the two above happen and you'll list more homes before the end of Winter.
