OJO Charges a 20% referral fee for sales under $80,000, it is 25% for sales between $80,000 and 35% for anything above $125,000. Please remember that OJO bases its fees on your GROSS commission. If you give a buyer credit the referral due will be based on the initial amount you would have received had you not given the credit.

Please note that referrals are due on any and all real estate transactions involving the referral for a period of 24 months following the referral.
