An electronic Earnest Money/Escrow System/app.

No more chasing down earnest money checks, no more waiting on snail mail from out of town clients for your earnest money. 

I have signed up and invited 2 closing attorneys in one region already. 

If you have interest in using this, please invite the escrow/closing attorneys of your choice when you sign up on the app.

This is OPTIONAL, you do NOT have to use it.

This is ONLY for earnest money and is NOT for dd money. 

The buyer pays a $15.00 processing fee to use. No fee for the real estate agent or attorney. If the contract is terminated, the buyer gets their earnest money refunded. The receipt is used as the signature for page 13, or the receiving attorney is happy to sign the page if you send to them. Anyway, we will be having a training session for those of you who have more questions.
